Chantal Ladesou was born on May 5, 1948, in Roubaix, France. Her interest in comedy began at a young age, and she trained at the Conservatoire de Lille and the Cours Simon in Paris.
Early Roles and Success
Ladesou's early performances were in small roles on stage and in films. It was her role in the 1983 play "Surprise Party" that brought her to wider attention and led to her first major film role in the 1986 comedy "Les hommes préfèrent les grosses."
She has since starred in numerous films, including "Le Dîner de cons" (1998), "Prête-moi ta main" (2006), and "Les Tuche" (2011).
